B. Information Received from Third Parties
Homvel will not replace Products that are:
Damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized installation
Modified or altered by the Customer or any third party
Devalued due to improper use
Homvel’s decision in such cases shall be final and binding.
C. Information from Smart Connected Devices
Some Homvel robotic products use smart technology to transmit data when connected to Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or the internet.
We may collect:
Device name and ID
Usage patterns and feature interaction
Battery health and performance metrics
Start/stop times and cleaning cycles
App usage and crash diagnostics
Certain models also generate environmental mapping data. These maps are abstract spatial representations, not visual images, and may include layout structure, obstacles, floor type, Wi-Fi signal strength, and dirt detection zones.
Important: Mapping data is treated as sensitive and confidential and is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Users may:
Use devices without internet connectivity
Disable mapping transmission in app settings
Disconnect Wi-Fi or Bluetooth at any time
