Homvel Terms and Conditions
User Agreement
The Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) stated herein, together with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, collectively constitute an agreement (“Agreement”) governing your use of the Homvel shopping platform (“Site”). Please read this Agreement carefully before using the Site.
This Agreement becomes effective only after you accept it by clicking the “I Accept” button. You are advised to review these Terms periodically, as Homvel reserves the right to modify or update them at any time.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Definitions
Agreement
Means these Terms and Conditions, along with the Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and any other terms applicable on Homvel-operated platforms under the Homvel brand, including any amendments, modifications, or replacements thereof.
Site
Refers to the Homvel website and mobile application owned and operated by Homvel, providing a platform for users to browse and purchase listed products.
User / You
Means any individual or legal entity who accesses the Site and places an order for products offered by Homvel.
Product(s)
Refers to the goods and services displayed on the Site. All product listings constitute an invitation to offer. Your order represents an offer to purchase, which Homvel may accept or reject at its sole discretion.
General Terms
The User confirms that they are at least 18 years of age, or are using the Site under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
These Terms supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements.
By using the Homvel Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
Product prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
Homvel reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order without assigning a reason, even after order confirmation or payment processing.
In case of payment already processed, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method and communicated via email.

By opting in, accepting a Warranty Contract or Annual Maintenance Contract, you consent to Homvel and its authorized partners communicating with you via WhatsApp, RCS, SMS, email, or other channels for transactional and promotional purposes.

Availability depends on product eligibility and serviceable location.
Exchange value varies based on the product purchased and appliance exchanged.

Applicable exclusively on purchases made through the official Homvel website and app.
